How likely are we to agree to that request do you think.?
Seems to be lot of talk about the concessions Ukraine ans the west will make but none abou what Russia will give in return.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky needs to return to the negotiating table and strike a deal on US access to Ukraine's critical minerals, White House national security adviser Mike Waltz has said.
Zelensky rejected the US demand for a share of Ukraine's rare earth minerals on Wednesday, after Trump said he wanted a "deal" that would reflect the amount of aid provided to Ukraine from the US.
Waltz said the White House was "very frustrated" with Zelensky after he levelled "unacceptable" insults at US President Donald Trump earlier this week.
"We presented the Ukrainians really an incredible, and a historic opportunity," the adviser said, adding that it would be "sustainable" and "the best" security guarantee Ukraine could hope for.
But Zelensky had refused the offer, saying: "I can't sell our state."

If Zelensky accepted that, Trump would just withdraw support anyway and leave Ukraine with a completely one sided deal.

Russia will give nothing, this isn't a peace deal negotiation, these are surrender terms.

Yes, but with more than vague promises of support - given US promises are not worth shit. Elections to be held once Russian troops have withdrawn from Ukrainian territory and a deal is reached with European forces acting as peacekeepers to ensure a free and fair election for all Ukrainians.
I assume Zelensky will be announcing a counter offer and again, I assume, with specific European support.
All very fair and reasonable :)
