How can kev deteriorate so quick unless he knows his time is coming to end and just giving up, if so should be nowhere near the team

Because players like Kev,Lampard and Gerrard have played in a demanding position for years and it takes it's toll. His passing power seems to have gone too with his legs.

I know Liverpool is winning, but I'm not too impressed by them tbh.

They'll probably win this game, they seem to just have a bit of luck this season, with everybody else getting injuries like crazy.

Our 2019 team would be 4 or 5 up by now.

No Haaland is going to make this a tough watch. I think Pep put him on the bench against Real to hide the extent of the injury. I will be amazed if he even travels to Spurs on Tuesday.

It's a bit of both.
I do think his mind is drifting to what's next now.

But I've always said to my wife that when Kev drops off he'll go fast. The tools that make him great aren't tools that most players retain deep into their 30s. Said the same about Yaya who along with Kev are my two favorite players ever to in wear the blue.

What's actually surprised me is how bad Gundogan has been, because he is more the type of player who can stay effective deep into their late 30s.
