It was harsh, but fuck me he was absolutely terrible. It's really sad and a bit upsetting, but we can't play him anymore

He actually seemed to look across to the bench after playing a pass straight out of play as if to plead to be out out of his misery
 
Sad to see at present, he is the greatest midfielder to grace the PL. Unfortunately, injuries and age have caught up with hlm.

Which, to be fair, is smart from Pep…

He probably doesn’t want to renew his contract and wants the fans on his side. What better way to show he’s not on this level anymore than by throwing him into the deep end against top-level opposition?
 
I can not understand Peps decision to start him today. He just doesn't have the legs for it now and without haaland, he doesn't have a target to be playing balls to anyway. He's got limited minutes in him, it's pointless starting him against fitter opposition, him chasing shadows for most of the game and being shattered well before they tire. bring him on for the last 20/30 minutes in games where he's fresh and the opposition are tired and it evens the playing field somewhat and then he can still have an impact. He's being misused.
 
Considering he’d had a couple of weeks rest and chance to get fitter he was absolutely pathetic today, yes of course we know he’s finished, but that was inexcusable today. From the very first minute he was embarrassingly bad.

To be fair, his best asset was nullified today by our set up.

He can’t thread balls through to players who aren’t there.

That being said, he’d probably have failed anyway, looking at how poor his passing was today.

There was one bit in the first half where we attacked quickly, lost the ball and we were countered on. The ball fell to KDB, who just stood with it as he was blowing out of his arse. It was about 10-15 mins in.
 
I agree this was possibly his worst game.
That said he ran as much as any blue and gave 100% which he has done since he first walked in the place.
Some posts about this legend on here tonight mind have been fucking disgusting.

The answer to the Gerrard, Scholes and lampard debate is KDB.

Legs gone and time for a big money move. We won't see a player like Kev at city again.
