His hat trick…!

The header was the best, very, very hard technique to move backwards to head the ball and still get enough pace and precision.

We were so fucking awesome that day at White Hart Lane. I'll always remember seeing the most bitter snide red **** I know who can never normally say a good word about us put a Facebook status up along the lines of "Shit. These are fucking brilliant"

Easily the double hattrick for haaland and foden in the derby. Two boyhood city fans each getting a hattrick, you'll not see that often if ever again.
Just had to go and watch it - very personal for me. My Dad was dying that weekend and we were sitting with him in shifts. My children and niece came along and told myself and brothers to go and remember Dad at the match whilst they sat with him. So watched that game in tears for much of it. Then back at the hospital was able to put MOTD on the computer and annoy the reds in the next bed. Dad seemed to enjoy it as well.

Brilliant day.
Loved YaYa's 3 against Fulham.
I think Raheem got 5 hatricks for City as well.

Kare Ingebritsen home to Leicester in the Cup. Never saw that coming in a million years,
But they say your first time is always memorable so seeing Dennis Tueart get a hat trick in a 5-1 Maine Rd mauling of the Geordies in 1975 was great. Couple of lovely goals and a pen.
Any hat trick is a good one
My very first game the Newcastle one.
Where did 50 bloody years go!?

We would have had more but Pep had a habit of taking people off once they had two. Sergio I think suffered this several times. When asked about it Pep said individual records were irrelevant.

Trevor Morley's against Leicester is the first one I can remember from a game I attended, but it was also the same match as Lakey swallowing his tongue, so I remember that part of the game even more.
Gary Macallister scored for Leicester too (a lovely chip from outside the box - the ****).
I was at that game on kippax. Those were the days City at home in Blue ,standing on the terrace,Paul Lake fit and playing........Mel Machins Boys
I've often think about Morley just how brave he was ,never shiriked a challenge, always throwing himself near post.......or at Bradford away ,promotion game last day of the season ,..the far post.
Loved following City in them days
Was talking to a Sheffield utd lad last night as we watched blades v Leeds, I said 1st time I went on your ground was March 1988. We won 2-1 on a Tuesday night .we had home grown kids playing , I was explaining how much it meant to us at the time, roaring Lake Redmond White and Hinchcliffe on.we were 2nd division .....I said we played you on the Tues night , on the Sunday we played Liverpool at Maine rd in the fa cup quarter finals...The blade just looked at me astonished at the detail. He used to run the bbc,..... and was giddy on the Yorkshire derby but I made him think,..

October 1980. Denis Tueart v Notts County in the 5-1 league cup win. Actually scored 4.
May not have been the first I saw but is the first I remember. Standing in the kippax. Such a good night.
