PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

So, is this La Liga who complained to the European Commission or Tebas personally? If it’s La Liga, presumably the clubs would have had to vote on this? Is there any record of that?

I keep quoting Khaldoon's comment "organised and clear". It is, though, and the level of organisation becomes clearer and clearer over time.
 
1. Does anyone think he actually HAS submitted a complaint? Has he fuck. He is just saying it in a forum environment where he knows it will be heard and repeated and become the talk of headlines, and he may never have to back it.
2. Even if he had, like it would be taken seriously or have any substance to begin with. When was the last time the EU commission interfered with a business because of a complaint by another business.
3. The fucking irony, that after years of suggestions that we would/should challenge the uefa ffp rules as they contradict EU competition laws. Only to be told that football is an isolated bubble with its own rules we all choose to subscribe to. That someone from said bubble would even think of then going to the EU commission to argue competition laws, is one of the most laughable things I have seen in this whole saga.
4. The desperation of our media to turn a throwaway bitchy remark into headlines, with zero context, analysis, discussion of merit or any real breadth, shows where they really are with all this.

Started with Steve Parish and his thinly veiled critiscism of potential regulatory oversight, but its not the PL's fault apparently, its litigious clubs that are to blame. Hasn't the panel retired to consider their verdict and "should be left alone to do so" according to Masters.
Think the answer of why the media purge yesterday could go hand in hand with Dicky's comment

Saw the thread has gone mental again and just reading the amended title and last few pages it appears nowt has happened of any substance whatsoever?

Apart from someone rightly adding Margot to their dream fantasy then immediately ruining it with Holly bloody Willoughby.

What I find bizarre is the desire from Sky for City to be found guilty. Because if their dreams come true and the charges are upheld then Sky, the PL and many clubs will soon find out what happens next in a doomsday scenario of a guilty verdict.

The reality is Premier League will be shredded and we will enter a whole new arena of nuclear litigation that will kill the golden goose that glues Sky’s whole broadcasting operation together.

They should be careful what they wish for.

Sky backing............................all wankers, wouldn't think they were English, same as the radio channels we have in this country, all Anti City, and I mean all of them, not to mention the journos.

What annoys me is city have never told sky or any of the media that we are not state owned and you can see who owns us if they took the time! It's like it's international!
