This is a pretty specialised area of EU law. I imagine Tebas has received some pretty good advice before communicating a complaint. He may be a loathsome individual but I doubt he is an idiot.

As a layman's guess, I would say he may have a case against PSG but, even then, it's hard to imagine the EU getting involved when UEFA think they have them under control now. Very unlikely City would be caught up in this imho if only because of the state owned angle and the imminent clearing of sponsorship malpractice for the second time. But what do I know? :)

Is this the same la liga who has teams dominate the top 10 in both selling and buying players for extortionate prices? In the same year the fascist prick complained to the EU didn't madrid spent 113 plus on 19/20 year old. Just goes to show the laziness and ineptitude of journalists nowadays as they rather print click grabbing headlines then actually checking and confronting him about the bullshit he spouts.

I heard a bit of it the other day and I recognised the voice doing the commentary but couldn't think who it was.
It was Crook, he's taken over the job from Matterface.

There does not seem to be any challenge or scrutiny from the British media. They just seem to accept everything they are told by Tebas. La Liga is the most financially distorted anti-competitive league in the world. Tebas has publically espoused racist views in public (calling for compulsory repatriation of muslims for example). He is a leading figure in far-right politics who is regarded as a clown, even by people like Ancelotti at Real Madrid (who Tebas supports) Would the UK media give such a platform to Tommy Robinson without checking his claims?
