This season more than any season the last decade we can just as easily win or lose against any team so not too fussed about who we draw.

I'd prefer not to go to St. James against a good side chasing a trophy, and I'd prefer to avoid playing the jammy bastards next door in another final. Two were enough. Happily play them next round, but they have their work cut out for them today, Fulham are a better team as are most Premiership teams

We have got to the quarter finals after playing League 2 Salford City, League One Leyton Orient and second from bottom of the Championship Plymouth. Are there really, fully grown adults, in 2025 trying to claim we will get drawn the hardest tie?

If you simply post "guarantee United will get a home draw" you will get that many likes you will think your the new messiah!
The people that like it though conveniently overlook that they are drawn away (Arsenal in this competition) and quite often, whilst at home, they are still drawn against more difficult opposition and it's not as if this current United squad are world beaters at the swamp!

not many excuses left now. with the team refreshed with new additions all thats left to get past is teams well below us in the league.

Wanted Newcastle in the Final. Was 6 y.o when they beat City at Wembley in '55, my first football match and have wanted to reverse that result ever since. Dennis Tueart & Peter Barnes in 1976 didn't quite make up for it and I reckoned it being 70 years on from that horrible day might be the time.
