The organisation made a measly offer to just try to get rid of me. Tomorrow will be interesting indeed.

What is your solicitor saying?

I was once in a similar situation & 12 months of no pay which was their advantage of being able to delay. Eventually the delay tactic runs out of time & court is round the corner & the advantage swings. If they didn’t settle before court and it’s the likelihood they could lose it’s a huge cost so we settled in between.

My solicitor advised me the likelihood of how it would play out each time but his main point was 90% settle before, no one wants to go court.

Ruben in the ToryGraph (and probably other Rag outlets too!) sez he will relish telling his flops to fuck off and find another club. What makes him think that both he and the tax dodging Monogasque aren't in the frame for getting the boot?

Fucking hell I was trying to work out who Dias was on about as first……

i think people are forgetting Micah is really an ex footballer/ personality rather than a classically trained performer. It means he flusters his words, says wrong things but I took it as all the big teams are out & then he realised accept for City. I get more annoyed by the bantz with Carragher on nbc, that’s been a step too far, it’s just nonsense. Modern day punch n Judy.

Similar mate. The jury decision was made as it was a personal case to myself. The allegation was career ending pretty much. My solicitor believes it will be settled before court as its tax payers money at the end of the day. If not we will have our day in court. (and it will 100% be on local news)

Best of luck mate.

I gave a few little verbal flicks to the commentors on there yesterday, bunch of clowns.
Wonder if my comments are still there or, unlike the "cheats!" comments, have been removed for not being what the sheep want to hear.

Given that they're fully owned by Sky and the following is STILL on the Sky News (not even SSN) homepage then fuck 'em.

Sorry, I'm not clicking on that. Positive looking headline or not, it's football365 and probably just their usual clickbait bollocks.
“I am very uncomfortable with the bickering that is going on at the moment, much of it over Financial Fair Play, I want to see the children playing nicely in the playground. At the moment it’s not happening. Whatever little I can do to ameliorate that situation, I am happy to do."

“Personally I think the rules as they are now should be scrapped and we should start again with a new formula. At the moment it is not working. Man City recently had a case against the Premier League which they won. Now there’s going to be another case, and after that we will have the decision on the 115 charges."

“Every club that goes to a Premier League meeting now brings a lawyer with them. I watched the Liverpool v Aston Villa gamerecently and it was a fantastic advert for the game. I want people talking about the football, not swamped by legal issues. You’ve got the league taking action against their own members, that doesn’t sit well with me."

“I know the game has moved on from the time when I would have blazing rows with Ken Bates or Ron Noades or Sam Hammam [the former owners of Chelsea, Crystal Palace, and Wimbledon and Cardiff City respectively] and afterwards we would have a cup of tea and shake hands.”

“That’s what I would do (have a general amnest before clubs start again under revised rules). That’s what I think it needs but the legal action has a life of its own now and it is taking up a lot of Premier League time. It is costing the league £50million and I would rather see that money going into grassroots football. What’s happening is crazy.”
