But we are not talking about a new signing. If this witch-hunt goes against us we are in serious trouble. It is the not knowing that is unpleasant for us fans.

So whilst no guarantees can be given on good news I hope the clip has some meaning

He’s blue through and through, I believe anything cryptic he puts on here would be with the best intentions, even if he’s restricted with what he can and cannot say.

Hypothetically, If he has heard something from inside the club he won’t be able to be completely open and tell us verbatim what’s been said.
As his contact probably wouldn’t be his contact for very long.

I would probably do the same.
Give a bit of a hint and then disappear off the thread so not to give anything more away inadvertently.

Must admit, and it makes no difference to TH who won't have to give a fuck about my opinion - but I'm not a fan of clues/videos unless he has received 100% genuinely credible news that we've won.

When the clue videos are posted in the transfer thread and they don't come off, it's no harm done - fun and games. When it's a matter or matters so serious as this, I wouldn't think "games" are appropriate.

I also believe that TH knows this and wouldn't play "games" if he had bad news or wasn't now ITK that this is absolutely done and we've came out clear. So for that reason, I hope I'm right with my TH assessment!

I don't think the panel will give a single hoot about when they send the draft award to the two parties. I imagine when they are finished, they will send it.

When the PL publishes it is a different matter of course, but I suppose the club will keep them straight on that like they did with the APT award.
