Nunes and Gonzalez both have bang average passing so far this match but they are the ones in the area of the pitch where we need the most incisive play to break lines. They aren’t doing it. I don’t think Nico has the qualities to be the guy to play with Rodri long term. He is destined to be the cover/rotation guy. We need much much more than this in midfield.

Our passing is just not at the levels it has been and Nunes is part of that, it only takes one weak link in a passing team for it all to fall apart.
