No drive, no urgencyThis 100%. I'm bored and frustrated by the style of play.
Oh and as for these rinse and repeat opposition breakaway goals- an absolute disgrace.

What seems like only 5 minutes ago, all the talk was of Marmoush drawing defenders and Erling being given more space - haven't seen any of that yet, have we?Tippy tappy vrs relentless low block setups has ground us to a halt . . . how many games erling has hardly touched the ball?!
Iraola. I am not Pep out yet but a few more games like today, and I will be there. You've not mentioned who you think should replace him.
This guy is a special manager, ok, we're not having a great season compared to recent years, but to use a word a guy with a red nose has used in the past, it's just a blip. Next season we'll be flying once again. Have faith!
I’m on about being in a CL qualification spot and the FA Cup QF which apparently causes some fans to go full on toys out of the pram modeAre you on about today's result, or those going back to Nov?
I don't care about where or what the rags are doing. They are no longer the benchmark we should be gauging ourselves against. If a poor season is top 4 and potentially the FA cup in a transition period then Im with Pep all the way.The rags are transitioning every year and have gone through more managers than I can count on 1 hand not too mention what they have spent to do all this. In Pep I have trust.
In that case, he's practicing the wrong kind of ball control...Wonder if that’s why he has a bandage; too much nut scratching.
Are we really holding ourselves to that standardThe rags are transitioning every year
He’s been outstanding every time pep finally trusted him, imagine how good he could become if pep trusted him in his natural position, but our manager seems to prefer lightweight midfielders who have no energy :-/Continuing to keep Nico O'Reilly on the bench is a fucking farce.
He deserves his chance to be starting in this team and he's proved it in numerous games.
First team players aren't coming up with the performances this season, It's time to play O'Reilly in particular.
Shouldn’t the attacking players have done their job and ”fuckin” scored ?He fuckin is. He should have done his job and saved it
After 4 in a row…unbelievable petalIraola. I am not Pep out yet but a few more games like today, and I will be there.

I often wonder how Isak would fair in our team. Teams don’t really double up on him like they do Erl.Tippy tappy vrs relentless low block setups has ground us to a halt . . . how many games erling has hardly touched the ball?!
I'm not sure if Pep knows what the problem is. We didnt keep these players on, Pep did it by himself. We’ll have more games like today until the end of the season, and that’s fine, it just is what it is and has been throughout this run.
Pep knows what the problem is, it’s why he’s been talking so much about what we’ve achieved over the last four seasons in particular. It’s not done as an excuse, it’s done because he knows we’ve kept on to more than a few players a season longer than we should have done.

That can’t be properly fixed until the summer, but the reason he’s saying it so often is so we remember when they do go, all they’ve given for us and remember that much more than what ever happens this season. It’s been a year too long for most of them but they’ve achieved unbelievable things and he’s been with that group longer than any other in his career.
He clearly knows he’s screwed up as part of it but I’ll forgive sentimentality more than pretty much anything else given what they’ve given us and I do think it’s right for the new players that he’s not gone pragmatic, better to get them in the best possible place for the next stage.
Even if we miss out on CL, the best thing for us in the long run is Pep for at least another season. Anytime he has to prove himself against his doubters, he’s done it. Would be madness not to let him try it again.
They would if he played for us, the reason being they’d have so much time knowing we’re just going to fuck about with the ball outside the box veery sloooooowlyI often wonder how Isak would fair in our team. Teams don’t really double up on him like they do Erl.
Well said.
That's why I'm not so negative today..
Pep had an enigma today - both a good & bad game. Basically had a defensive smash and grab plan on the road.. team executed well, kept shape and we were very good defensively for the first 60 minutes. Then came the Kova sub and that killed us!
If there was ever a good way to lose a game but still look good.. this was it. A lot better than the other defeats this season that pissed us off royally.
I just don't wanna see Kova again.. the guy has long given up on the team and wants to be elsewhere.
We know the team needs 4 midfielders to phase out no legs & no creativity and there's nothing that can be done till summer, but if we can get points playing defensive and pull off some smash and grabs against teams in better form that'll go a long way.
At this point if a sub needs to be made because of a yellow/ red danger.. get Nico O'Reilly on, hell get Rodri on, but no more Kova self-sabotage please!
