Thousands of Manchester United fans joined the biggest protest against the club's ownership since Sir Jim Ratcliffe took a near 30% stake last year before Sunday's Premier League fixture against Arsenal.

In scenes reminiscent of those in August 2022 before a home game against Liverpool, huge numbers joined a near mile-long march to Old Trafford.
No mention of game being cancelled or staff getting injured..
 
I looked up the word predictable on line and a picture of Dermot Gallagher doing ref watch popped up

At Blackpool they did it properly, marched against the Oystons then boycotted the match. That's how you get change.

In October 1996, Oyston said that he was offered control of Manchester United, but that he refused to desert Blackpool.<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Owen_Oyston#cite_note-Gillatt-7"><span>[</span>7<span>]</span></a> He commented: "I had the opportunity to buy a controlling interest in Manchester United, but I was not prepared to relinquish my family's interest in Blackpool Football Club. After discussing the matter in detail with the Football League, it was apparent that it would not consider any formula which would allow me to have an interest in both clubs.

Don't know where he's got August 2022 from. It was May 2021 when the supply teacher was still at the wheel.. I remember it as it coincided with the Rags dropping out of the title race that year.

Exactly. Hang around outside for the whole match, sing some nursery rhymes as loud as you can (if that's your thing), generally muck about doing stupid mexican waves, all the shit you'd do inside only outside.

It's one fucking match and the mongs can't even boycott that. Deserve everything they get.

I agree with him.

How can Haaland score in these low block games if the wide players cannot play to his strengths and cross a ball without hitting their first man.

We were never going to score going through the middle, we don't have the players anymore to do it in these types of games.

Doku and Savio if I recall have a combined 2 assists for Haaland all season.

Kev should have started against Forest. Despite his decline he has still created the most chances for City this season and whilst he hasn't assisted Haaland as much this year, he is the only man in the squad who you can bet will create at least one chance or cross for Haaland to get on the end of.

I find Haaland's hold up play to be poor especially for a big guy, Sergio's was far better and he was only half the size.
