Perhaps when Idiot stated ‘they’re eating the dogs, they’re eating the cats’, he actually meant ‘they will be eating the dogs, they’ll be eating the cats’, as a bit of foreshadowing the future as the lower levels of US society collapse with no support from govt whatsoever.
 
According to King Wotsit, it is the 'Radical Left' who are affecting Tesla's share price. Of course, in setting right against left on the environment, what he has now created is a group of consumers supportive of his policies on fossil fuels, who don't want electric cars. And those who absolutely oppose his environmental policies who will no longer buy Tesla. Welcome to the foresight of Donald.

If you're quoting, Donald capitalised both radical and left. I guess that means he shouted them in some way. I don't know how you punctuate a pursing of the lips, however.
