"For children" in the sense that the person who made it has decided it's for children. CBBC and the like are obviously interested in entertaining kids, but someone has really thought about it. About what's appropriate, about what messages they might be sending to kids. This online shit is just someone trying to get them to keep clicking no matter what. Their only metric is views and there's no grown ups involved in deciding what is or isn't suitable. And there's definitely no qualms about advertising shit to kids, something that's illegal on TV.
