Well, we're ahead. Usual mix of some really good stuff and some poor stuff at the back. Great goal from Marmoush, hopefully a lot more from him to come. Finding it harder each passing week to get excited about Savinho. I'd get him off to save a 2nd yellow, get Phil Football on.

Neither winger knows when to pass (or who to pass to), one of them can't shoot, the other has feet faster than his brain. Neither are even close to the wingers we've had in previous seasons.
Ortega looked good when he first started to get his chance, but since then he's gone steadily backwards, to the point I now expect him to make a save less than I expect Eddie to.
Lewis isn't a full back, unfortunately he's not a midfielder either at the level we should be at.
Gundog shouldn't be playing, having said that he's been one of a very few today who looks like he knows how to play professional football, it's just his body can't keep up anymore
Josko needs a break, but there's no one to replace him.

On the plus side, Khush is a tank (think we can forgive the co-ordinated sleeping with Dias late on) Nico looks decent, Marmoush has already shown he knows where the goal is, though I have my doubts about his qualities in a less open game.

This team is so soft off the ball and so timid in possession. Almost nobody out there who wants to put their foot on the ball and own this game. Brighton are creating overloads we can't deal with - thankfully they're not finding them.

Have to say as well, bad as quite a few of them have been, Dias in particular has been shocking. Khusanov looking more like a leader. Doku doing well against their full-back but leaving Gvardiol exposed every time Brighton get the ball.

Bournemouth are gonna tear us to shreds.
