Tactics and team selection not the issue today. Too many players absolutely shocking and the options on the bench are no better.

Unless he told them at half time to defend a corner like an u8s team, I'm not going to hold him responsible.

When one or two players play bad you can say it's the player but when multiple players are playing so poorly you seriously have to question the coach.

The drop off in quality of Peps coaching when he hasn't got the optimal personnel at his disposal is seriously alarming.

Big questions need to be asked of him now. He has had a week to come up with something new and instead does nothing but more of the same. Strange tactics and subs most of the season now. Also, has helped to see the dumbing down on the squad in terms of quality.
Well it will match the dumbing down of posters so thats okay.

We won't need to move heaven and earth, he'd jump at the chance.
Would he though? There’s no risk staying at Bournemouth but all the risk of moving to a club which could be right on the edge of a freefall.

Not saying that we’re going to end up like United, but there could be a considerable drop if the squad and tactics aren’t addressed.

He will leave for a top PL team in a heartbeat.

No one wants to manage in a SHIT LEAGUE corrupt to the core with the Red Cartel. Even De Zerbi left.

Other than Emery and Pep there are no top managers in the PL anymore.

But anyways something is wrong.. not with Pep.. you can see he's got the hunger.. but something is seriously wrong if 34 year old Gundo shows more anger than everyone else.

Too many happy flowers again who are just not bothered and we might miss out on top 4 as a result!

Forget about their goal, look at the rest of the game, the same problems are there from earlier in the season and considering we are now playing week to week, it's concerning there hasnt been any positive reaction.

What league has better managers?

I'm not going to question the manager when players are making unacceptable individual errors. These guys are getting paid millions to play like Championship footballers at times, it's embarassing. All the manager can do is drop those who aren't performing, which he has - but then the ones who come in do the same thing.

I don't believe Gvardiol and Dias lost all their footballing ability overnight, nor do I see how Pep is responsible for players passing the ball straight to the opposition or letting forwards have a free run at the ball.

He will be off at the end of the season in my opinion
I think that’s been the case for a while.

The team aren’t playing for him, he can’t get any consistency in terms of performances or team selection, and there really isn’t one area of the team or our play more generally which is up to scratch.

Tactics change from week to week, there’s absolutely no cohesion and teams with far fewer resources are comprehensively outplaying us.

Difficult to explain any or all of that if he was here for the duration and properly building for the future.

You can't see that Pep has totally changed the tactics? Everyone here was crying out for us to play more direct, today we did. We sacrificed possession for an extra forward, and we created enough to score 4 or 5. But individual errors at the back cost us 2 goals, and could have cost us another 2.

Im sure him and Lillo worked hard all week on how to contain Brighton but we were lucky they missed 2-3 big chances and still scored two.

not good enough.

this thing we had a full week to prepare for Forest and then Brighton and we get 1 point which was almost zero, this puts all the complaining in the bin earlier about the hard schedule and games every 3 days makes it hard to prepare. not a bit better with full week or relax, training etc.
we have this luxury because we were deep shit in CL while Villa, Arsenal still need to manage CL games.

another game where tactically the opponent manager knew what to do to hurt us and there wasnt much tactical advantage on our side. same as Forest game.

When was the last time he tactically outsmarted the opposition manager? When was the last time he tweaked something that had a solid idea behind it and it ended up working? It looks the SAME every week. We've had, by eye test, the worst defense in the league for a while, despite it also being not cheap at all. Then he brought 3 defensively minded players in the winter, and we still look like the worst defense in the league. At what point do you turn to him and ask - can you really not get these defenders to perform to their price tag? Can you really not make sure that the most highly paid defense in the league doesn't look like the worst? You really got nothing in the bag for us? If the answer is no, then he should honestly resign.
