PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

How the fuck has Spacers missed the cut on this list? More upset than when I missed out on the MuEN Picture Editors job in 2010 (nothing for second in this world) Had to do another 7 years for Trinity Mirror/Reach in fart face Cambridge, before hanging up my Leica :-)
You reference yourself as "Spacers" and yet still need to ask?

;)

Do the prem, city have any idea how crap this process has been for the average life long fan who has invested years, including their youth, school days supporting our club. This thread is no clearer at page 9777 as it was at 1 . The clear winners are all the lawyers on either side paid more in a day than we are in a year.

Well, a new dawn, a new day.
So in the words of Marvin Gaye........

Fuck me! I'm a poet...
And I didn't even know it!

What's going on?
The usual groundhog day although The Athletic have taken it to new heights by running a story that was heavily published at least 2½ years ago as "new" news.

Is this good or bad ?

As far as I can tell, it's irrelevant. All the talk around who this Mohammed guy is, that is, not @slbsn 's post, which is interesting.

The fundamentals of the transaction and how it's accounted for don't really change even if the shadowy, mysterious Person X turned out to be Mansour himself .....

Imho.

The real winners are the American cartel who have got the pl to take this action. To smeer our reputation our achievements etc.
The American cartel have also got this done on the cheap for themselves by only having to 'pay' one nineth of the cost. The cartel has got the other pl clubs to pay for their whitch hunt aid and albeit by the press/media

I don’t seem to recall too many articles about Bayern Munich where their owners and sponsors seem to all sit on the Advisory Board. Where are the Athletic with that one?
Yeah, based on that logic you'd probably want to avoid looking at the entire history of football tbqh. Liverpool FC wouldn't exist!

Just watched the Stefan and Jamie Jackson piece there from yesterday.

No idea why people on here are getting mad at either of them. A perfectly reasonable discussion and questions asked, to be fair.
Don't think JJ came across as bitter or anti City at all tbh.

Are we paying our own fees plus 1/20 of the cunts fees?

I've flipped flopped in terms of my postivity/negativity around the hearing over the past few months.

Have flipped back to the negative side this week after realising that despite all the ITK talk that we're going to be cleared, no one really knows or has heard anything from within the club.

Also, we were told that an early verdict would be good for us, the longer this drags the more negative i'm getting.

Don't worry.

A verdict would only be early if many of the allegations had been thrown out, which was never likely to happen, in which case the award could be relatively short. That was always a long shot.

It was always much more likely that the verdict would take 3-5 months, and if you take a lawyers' Christmas break into account, we are just about entering that period now.

It could come next week, or it could come in two months. Nothing to do but wait, but it isn't a sign of anything other than the panel being thorough in the hearing and in the deliberation and publication of the award.

Imho.
