Genuinely, just a reply to someone's post, April 1 wasn't on my radar. Besides, what I wrote is totally believable and not silly at all...Somebody had to be first.
My best mate is a diehard Liverpool supporter but he knows better than to get involved. He doesn’t do the politics of football. He knows it sets me off. He knows it’s shady. Just likes to see decent football, so doesn’t have a problem with City like most of the Scouse followers and Rags alike over here.Must be a nightmare for you where you are, with it being full of "Proper" scousers and all :)
And I think he's a hairy-handed ****Richard Keys thinks we have "got away" with it as a "fudge"
I read that UEFA May take a different view to the Prem on the Chelsea sell to yourself routine and deem it circumvents their rules. Logically they should as should the Prem who I’m sure will eventually plug this looophole in their usual Whaackamole way. Would be ironic if the Chavs were punished by UEFA when they qualify for one of the Euro comps this year. Sorry can’t find article I read.Selling the women's team back to yourself is dodgy as fuck. Imagine if we'd had done that.
Thinking it's a fudge iis his way of coping. We all know he absolutely despises City. Remember him saying that Pep was a failure as a manager because he hadn't won the Champions league at the time. Idiot. A very hairy bitter man.Well we all know he failed to get away with it with his sick missus and we know which fudge he has in his mind. Sad bastard
Nah fuck that I want them stripped of titles. What i want to know is who gives a fuck about Chelsea?
Couldn't care less about them. They are irrelevant to us and this thread.
I think one big difference between our case and Chelsea is the Chelsea have admitted certain breaches and may well be sanctioned: City have denied all the charges and claimed to have irrefutable evidence that our accounts are a full and accurate picture of our finances and that all our business conforms to PL regulations. Our financial position is healthy to say the least and we would thus be foolish in the extreme to sell off assets as Chelsea have. Our owners have invested heavily in infrastructure and have done this to increase revenue, not to raise capital by dealing with a crisis which doesn't exist. The concert venue is thought to be worth upwards of £30 million pa., a 400 bed 4* hotel will bring in a bob or two as will increased capacity at the ground. Chelsea's expedients don't appear to breach any PL rules (UEFA's may be a different matter) but they do seem to be a tad desperate.
Those pesky kids and Scooby Doo solved the mystery for him, did they ?Keys thinks City have "gotten away" with it as a "fudge" in his blog that's doing the circuit now.
Ok cheers palNo mate, when I say nothing, I mean nothing has happened. IE. The club don't have a decision and have no date for when it will arrive.

Fuckin hell if it's the latter we'll be 10 or 15 years down the line!!Which will come first - the verdict or the rags new stadium?
Well we all know he failed to get away with it with his sick missus and we know which fudge he has in his mind. Sad bastard
I know that lawyers usually play up confidence, however given the onus is very much on the PL to make a strong case for serious allegations, our team must surely know that the PL haven't been able to provide the required level of evidence. And with that set against our accounts evidence I very confident also even from my position of ignorance.Think it’s fair to say that any soft signals can only be down to the confidence of the lawyers after it concluded.
Hopefully the thread can stop focussing on Chelsea and more on the enablement of what they did and this should be the story and where we should be highlighting PL inconsistencies, in relation to FMV, related parties and, especially, in relation to UEFA alignment. They only plug loop holes if it affects Man City and that loop hole was given the ok by the majority of the premier clubs..
Have you just celebrated your 26th wedding anniversary?I'll guess 99320 for romantic reasons. But no fucking chance it wins.
