PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Christ I hope we beat the fuckers. I can’t bear the thought of us losing. It’s not the demotion or what ever shit they come up with it’s the undermining of our fabulous coach and team and their achievements. I know there’s issues with the club, tickets , tourists and, touts etc., but the ownership should be applauded for not just acquiescing to the fucking twats and paying the legal bods to defend us. Rant over apologies for long post.

Maybe they would to soften the blow, just like a company would issue a warning to the Stock Exchange before they release their poor annual figures.

I find it highly implausible that the club and the PL will get the decision just shortly before it drops into the public domain.

Can the PL be defeated on this? They’ve seen something that they think warrants an investigation and then they’ve found enough to warrant an independent tribunal to come to a decision.
Whatever that decision is, from a PL perspective, they surely just accept the verdict?
If City win, Masters might well come under huge pressure to go but, make no mistake, the only party that can lose this case are City.
