Roll call for 9 minute protest

My point wasn't about how shit Rochdale are, it's about they're not our club who we grew up falling in love with. We don't have that same emotional attachment to a shop.

Well it was a shit anolagy then what you used, because every other club in the world are fucking shit compared to us.

I have an emotional attachment to Tesco, as my Mrs is never away from the bastard place

So what you're saying is that we should protest against something that is your biggest beef first and foremost? As it happens, the prices of kids tickets is one of the many issues we have. Fans should be supporting their fellow fans on every legitimate gripe, regardless of whether it directly affects them or not. Take the disabled parking fiasco at the start of the season - many fans who got involved weren't actually affected personally but it didn't stop them supporting the cause.
But there lies the issue, too MANY, fucking hell if we lined up all the grievences it would run into dozens, i feel a demonstration should have been ONE thing, personally it should be ticket prices, something fans of EVERY CLUB can get behind.

Edited for accuracy

You are the one who can't spot someone with an iphone screaming for the opposition when they score, it's more a case of a narrative and you know that.
Oh I can , difference between you and me is I can tell the difference between an away fan and a visitor to our club. I understand which one needs removing and which one should be treated with some respect.

It pissed a lot of them off , including myself.
I wasn't happy myself. I want to see City in sky blue shirts, white shorts and navy or sky blue socks at home. I went to watch Inter Milan in February at the San Siro. I expected them to wear blue and black but they wore yellow. It mildly annoyed me but they did it to sell more away kits. It didn't cost me in any way.

It is about pricing, and the many other issues we have with ticketing at City, do you want one every week or is it better for us to condense it all together and say enough is enough?

Yeah, you're obfuscating again.

Again if it's too difficult for you. If a tourist jumps up and down in the home end when our opponents score then they are not City fans.

Again, it's not fucking hard and again you know that don't you?

Okay, so say a journalist asks 10 different people outside 'what are you demonstrating for' and they all say a different thing? Not good...

It shows that City have fucked many things up from a fans perspective. We all might be protesting over different things which roll into one.

Having 4 kits a season affects City fans
Of course it does and having three kids of my own, I understand the pressure. I brought them up understanding that (when we had 3) they usually got one at the start of the season as a treat and then had to use birthdays or Christmas to get the others.

The club has to make money obviously. Add in to that, they have to meet PSR. If there's a shortfall, they can't risk getting done by the Premier League and being deducted points when we are (usually) in a title race.

They try different ways to make more money and an easy win is kit manufacturers. Puma will want us to pump as much merchandise as we possibly can. If they offer us more money to squeeze another away kit in, we'll likely take it. I'm happy that we change our kit for one game per season if it means that we as a fanbase are looked after on tickets. Unfortunately, this isn't the case and ticket prices, distribution and application of tickets is all over the show.

That's why I replied to the list saying that the change of kit against Inter Milan was an oddity on the list. We did it before against Middlesbrough and I expect we'll do it again.

Shouldn’t the shirts be an affordable price so you have the choice whether to buy them or not? They cost a couple of pounds to manufacture.

The first set of Umbro shirts were £30 each when the Sheik first took over. The designs were the best we’ve ever had as the fans were consulted over their designs.

I agree they are not well made, and really wouldn't want to be ripped off to that extent.
