Totally agree with you ..... we cannot think losses or draws anymore, only wins are gonna make a difference now ..... if we fail in our quest for a Champions League place, it's because WE didn't show ENOUGH desire to truly want it!We still are probably sixth (as newcastle and chelsea has played one game less). We have to go on a winning run to stay in top 4. Aston villa and brighton are in a mix as well.
We have to be serious now.
If that wasn't cheating by the referee, I don't know what is.Glad we won, but
Just after reading the room, If there is something to moan about, is that fucking referee, what's his name Darren Bent, Bent England?
Fucking awful officiating. Even the ESPN argies were outraged of 2 penalties not given:
- Doku was kicked a metre from their goal, and
- Savinho was almost stripped off his garments, lad's knickers were exposed for all to see, except that England ****, and that lovely blind lass with a yelow flag.
Fuck PiGmol.
Fuck England [*]
[*] I like the sound of it.
Jesus christ thought I was miserable. Comfortable 3 points and clean sheet 3 days after a really tough away game without expending a lot of energy ahead of the derby. Job done. Good to see Bobb back , O'Reilly looks a revelation and Jack was very good in the 10.
I know everyone will look at Leicester and blame them for being defensive. It does highlight our shortcomings though in breaking teams down. 5 shots on target, at home against the second worst defence in the league, after scoring early too. A win is a win and all we need is 3 points at the minute so we take it and move on. There wasn't much in that performance that fills me with hope that a winning run until the end of the season is doable. I hope I am wrongWe got the job done against a Leicester side almost totally committed to defence, especially in the second half where they defended like their lives depended on it. It killed the game as a spectacle but 3pts banked and let’s go for the rags on Sunday.
Not much to say I guess. Pretty professional performance against one of the worst teams in premier League history. Job done onto the next.Only 19 pages?
Is there another post match thread ?
Wow that's a surprise.
I must be in the minority as I find them both an exciting watch. Then again I was bought up on wingers with buzzer, tueart and barnes. True their end product needs a lot of work but I get a bit tired watching backwards and sideways ad infinitum.Doku is not good enough had nearly 2 seasons time to be moved on.Savinho needs to add goals.
Savinho was my MoM. It's gone to Grealish but Doku and Savinho are direct attackers. The assist from Savinho for Grealish was excellent. He was also very unlucky not to score. I do agree that Doku and Savinho both have to add goals to their game.Doku is not good enough had nearly 2 seasons time to be moved on.Savinho needs to add goals.
There's no-one in the way. It's strange when they look so good shooting from range in the pre match warm up
Well it could be a lot more if people complained at 5 shots on target, at home against the second worst defence in the league. It was a boring game, with little action and thankfully our multimillion pound side got the three points. Do you want pages of delusion claiming we are back?Only 19 pages?

Wow that's a surprise.
It's called having standards mate. Some blues are just happy to be here and still have a 90s mentality. That is fine and admirable. Others, who was there in the 90s too are wondering how still with a wealth of talent on the pitch, with the best manager in the game leading them can, churn out boring tedious displays. We are all happy with a win of course, I said before we take it and we move on. Doesn't fill you with hope long term though does it.I never get the level of moaning. Enjoy the night out, meet with friends, get behind the team have a couple of beers, talk shite, have a laugh, watch the football. Even better, we won. Your life will be so much better.
