PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

That doesn't really square with the business as usual, soft signal argument that we have been relying on. Many blues were persuaded that the contracts we signed with Pep, Haaland and Marmoush indicated that City had convincing evidence that the hearing had gone well for us. I would have thought that that information would percolate through City after discussions with Pep, Haaland and Marmoush and their agents.
You may recall, Marvin?

I posted a couple weeks back that the agents of said players had been told in the negotiations their clients had nothing to fear.

I've believed all along this has been a re-run of CAS, that the same legal hurdles exist.

I'm pretty certain a man like Khaldoon already knows the probabilities, but aside from some very privileged few, even department heads are waiting the same as the rest of us.

When they get to hear, I promise we will get to hear.

The people in the CFG offices get all the positive messaging and plenty of privileged information, but this is such a mammoth state of affairs.

Think of it like a Tsunami, only the experts see the first few wave ripples.

Two hours. That's the heads-up the CFG staff had before the recent APT outcome.

A few believe Khaldoon and Soriano have a very good idea how the chips have fallen re the 115 case, but heads of department remain in the dark.

That's the point I was trying to make earlier. Only a few people will know of the embargoed report and I am not even sure it will be sent to the club. Possibly just to the club's lawyers and they either require people to come to their offices to review it, or they will distribute it securely (and probably off the club's servers) to the two or three people who need to see it.

Anyway, not long now, I suppose ...

I am still confident that if Haaland, and Pep have signed on, they must have very good reason to do so. I recall your report that agents of said players had been told in the negotiations their clients had nothing to fear which made me think that the 'proof' or reason for confidence would have spread a little. Thanks for the update.

They cant pull a damn thing, the charges were their attempt at pulling something, what they expected to happen was us to try and a cut a deal due to the weight and amount of charges, they never expected us to take them on because quite simply its never happened before and now its been taken out of their hands they are fucked because quite simply they CANT pull anything, theres no backroom deals to be done, none of it, the IC will have to come up with damn good, legally binding reasoning for their findings and the report will be published for everyone to see, so they cant pull anything even if they wanted too.
