it isnt a kangaroo court , i keep saying this, a kangaroo just gives a decision and says done, no reasoning no nothing, whatever decision these guys make will have to be absolutely iron clad and they will have to document why they have made that decision and because the pl and the red cartel really really wanted it wont be enough

I use the term "Kangaroo" because they are indeed trumped up charges that have specifically been designed to ensnare City whilst others make hay.

The court/tribunal may be completely honest and indeed factual but the set of guidelines they have to go by may be so far slanted their attendance may just be a formality.

the set of guidelines they have to go by are governed by the laws of the land and what they are accusing of us (which is fraud) is covered by those laws, so the guidelines by the pl are superceded by the law

I'm relying on your interpretation mate, don't fucking build me up so that a house of cards and a good wind can knock me down again.

Little is spoke of about the fraud in a broad sense, it's all about the length of the grass and if Mancini got a bung that people focus on unless you're an anorak and follow whatever tidbits they offer.

This is my thoughts on it, the club has been pursued by Uefa and the PL for the best part of 11 years hoping to hang some shit on us. Once 115 is out of the way they will be dreaming something else up to stop City, good to see that the club is getting on the front foot to erase any further ideas they can dream up to cause mischief.

the most serious of the charges are that the accounts we submitted were false by any letter of the law that is fraud and fraud is a criminal offence, there is no 2 ways about that, this remains why i am unconcerned as if the pl had what they say they do both the police and HMRC would have knocked at our doors by now.
