Fantastic player for us and a great role model for all the young players at the club on how to perform to your best abilities never giving up, will be missed by all City fans and others who appreciate greatness when they see it. Enjoy your next journey and thank you for all the great moments you gave us.

An absolute legend for the club. At his peak, we played the best football this country has ever seen. Also leaving at the right time with dignity.

King Kev, another legend, we have been so lucky to have one of the greatest players in the world grace our great Football Club, thanks for everything you have given to all of us over the last 10 years which have been unbelievable, as a City Legend you will never be forgotten, you stand besides Colin the King which is the highest praise I can give.

Sad news but it’s also the right time for him to move on,hopefully the club have already earmarked another player who although won’t be a De Bruyne but hopefully something close, good luck Kevin sensational player who will be missed not just by City but the entire league..

Thank you, Kevin for all the joy you have brought into the lives of Manchester City fans and supporters throughout the last decade.

Some of the most memorable moments of this period have had you at the heart of them. The one that stands out most for me was in the final game of the 21/22 season. How you managed to reach the loose ball ahead of three Villa defenders, who were all closer to it than you, and then make a perfect cross for Ilkay to score the winner, is something that will always stay with me.

You have easily been the best player in the Premier League during the ten years you have graced the competition with your presence, and your contribution to the rise and rise of Manchester City will never be forgotten.

Now, let me speak.

As so many have said, one of the best ever to play in the Premier League, one of the best ever to play in the old sky blue shirt.

I watched him make his debut (away at Palace in Pellegrini's last season) and I will watch him play his final game in a City shirt with the same mixture of pride, sadness and gratitude as I watched Sergio Aguero and David Silva bow out.

I look forward to stopping for a pint underneath Kevin's statue outside the East Stand. We really should call that area Statue Square.

Thank you Kevin, for those goals, those no-look passes, those slide rule defence splitting assists, for your ability to change a game or dominate it, to work out what we needed to do that we weren't doing. Thank you for inspiring fear in all our opponents for so many years.

We will miss you.

A solid gold club legend - he won it all with us, and is without doubt one of the greatest to ever grace the City blue.

Give the man a statue!
I think there will be one.

Vinnie, David and Sergio were all here for ten years, exactly the same time as Kevin, and KdB's contribution to the Blue cause has been equally as important as any of theirs.

Not sure why he's leaving. If as expected we get some midfield reinforcements great, but for me he's offering more than Phil, Gundo. Kovacic, Grealish and Bernardo.

Phil obviously stays as he's young and has had an off season. But Gundo is older than Kev.

Like Kevin, Kova struggles with 90 minutes but impacts the game less.

Dragged us kicking and screaming through some crucial games on to victory a fukin warrior.
And the only player I can put in the same breath as Colin and David

Right move in my view. As a FOC I think the best we’ve ever had (even better than the king and just ahead of DS). An absolute pleasure to watch and now too painful to see him struggle with the pace and reactions. What a lovely goodbye note. We are special and it’s lovely to be recognised as such.

Kevin can’t run and knows his days as a top player are over. Hes leaving so he can be the best player in Saudi or US for a couple of seasons and why not?

Gundo will leave too at the end of the season or become a coach.

Bernardo is burnt out. He will either finally leave in the summer or stay for one more season.

Phil will be back stronger than ever next season.

And Kova is shit.

San Diego has a lovely climate tbf..

Already rubbished it. Can't afford him.

Kev has a £50m signing offer and £1m a week from Saudi on the table.

Another is from the CFG. To go to New York.

He's now thinking of his family and would like to play at the next World Cup.

One of the best I've ever seen in a blue shirt. Best midfielder in the world in his prime. So many magical moments. I think it's the right time. Enjoy the rest of your career and life Kev and thanks for everything you did for City.
