But….but he’s the greatest manager we’ve ever had!!!!This. I'm honestly losing faith in Pep and think if we don't qualify for the CL it might be time for him to move on.
Line ups like this look like he's completely lost what he is trying to achieve.
Call me a wet wipe but we're 6th and struggling and so some of that wipe wipeness has actually proved to be accurate.

At least they create. You can’t ask for wingers that are output machines without them being able to lose the ball. We are going to watch dire attacking play againmaybe cause our wide players produce fuck all and give the ball away.....
I love Doku but we get countered on more with him in the tea,...same as Sav

Pep knows we arent a team with legs...regardless of who we play in the available starting 11.....
He wants possession and lots of passes...
Its not the team Id want to see or play (esp Rico and KDB) but there is little other choice as far as midfield options are going
Has to be our slowest 11 full stop when you look at the midfield.Side note. Is that the slowest back 4 we've ever fielded? Palace's pacy front 3 will be licking their lips at that, Eze and Sarr against 2 midfielders in Lewis and O'reilly is frightening
On a positive note, the Nico, Rico and Nico trifecta are back and in a perfect triangle too. One 1 word chant to cover 3 players is top class efficiency.

They don’t produce anything because we rather pass the ball around until the oppositions defense is set and then give the ball to either of them who are supposed to beat 1vs2/3 on the regular with no overlapping fullback. Have you ever seen a club wasting wingers like ours? Look at PSG. They don’t play this inverted Fullback thing. Their fullbacks actually help their wingers as good as they already are. Half of the squad of PSG wouldn’t start for City because they ain’t ready or can’t be trusted. Zaire-Emery and Neves and Doue are great examples that wouldn’t make it here. At least not for now.maybe cause our wide players produce fuck all and give the ball away.....
