I’m baffled by how out of favour Khusanov is. He was our best player for weeks then just dropped. I get the whole wanting a right foot/left foot balance now with O’Reilly at LB (slightly because Gvardiol was there) but I’d rather Khusanov to Dias.

You and me both. What’s the point of making signings in January just so that they can sit on the bench?

Peculiar given he’s fit and has looked solid while Dias looks an imposter of himself at times.

A lot of our problems at the moment seem to come down to just laziness. We telegraph absolutely everything we're going to do, you can predict it easily about 3 steps in advance - you don't have to be Mystic Meg. Everton are currently easily just picking us off on overlaps and passing through the lines. It's like we're on autopilot half the time.
