@matchdaybus

MC7 was full for Crystal Palace game. It's a little uncomfortable to sit on the back seat of the new buses for an hour with the engine vibration. That was not an issue on the Swan coaches. Does the operator have a more comfortable bus as the journey is up to 75 minutes? Thank you. Still a service I enjoy, I just won't sit on the back seat next time.
Hello, and thanks for your feedback! I’m sorry the bus wasn’t comfortable for you on your journey, I will feed this information back to the operator. Thanks again for getting in touch and supporting the initiative.

Used the 11X for palace game, bang on time from wardley, used it a few times and it's been faultless
Brilliant! I am so glad you have been happy with the service. Thank you for your support and positive feedback.

@matchdaybus Do you know if there are plans to extend the Matchday Bus Scheme to other areas? A question was raised on our supporters club forum the other day to see if there would be demand for Warrington and the surrounding areas.
Hello, thanks for reaching out! We are always happy to consider additional routes that would benefit supporters. I have logged your suggestion for consideration, we will be considering new routes for next season so keep your eye on the website.

Any chance of something running up Ashton new road towards Droylsden/Ashton? Public transport is appalling after games, especially night games.

Hello, there is a couple of shuttle buses on Ashton New Road that go to Ashton post match but If you feel your still struggling with getting home I will definitely put your suggestions forward for something additional.

Brilliant, much appreciated. Not seen any shuttle buses tbh, only the regular services when they turn up.

Biggest drop off points are Edge Lane, Market Street. Maybe a stop near the metro link park and ride would be good as well.

Appreciate you looking into it. Services seem great for those who can use them.

yeah I'd use that service if it existed. The tram is a nightmare mostly and buses non existent.

They are opposite the city centre shuttles on Ashton New Road (same side as the stadium) if you ask a member of staff on the ground they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Apparently the MC7 was running 15/20mins early so has been missed by quite a few people. You'd think if running early it would wait at the stops and stick to time?

Plenty of unhappy people (including myself) giving up and getting taxis or the 192 instead from Great Moor.

Match Bus 7 gone mega early believe it's not stopped at 3x scheduled stops really poor
Correct, I already posted but quite a few of us waiting at Great Moor had to find alternative options. I don't always get the MC7 but apparently this isn't the first time it's happened. Won't bother again.

It's either late or does not turn up. Last time the bus driver said if you don't like it don't get the bus?

Yes that’s correct, we are so sorry for this inconvenience the driver had the wrong times and left early. This isn’t the standard we expect and we are really sorry this has happened.

I am really disappointed to hear that a driver has spoken to you in that way. We really pride ourselves on good customer service and this isnt how we expect supporters to be spoken to. Please leave this with me, I will have a conversation with the operator about this.

Appreciate the response and your efforts, I know you're trying your best to help run the service and inform people on here.

@matchdaybus Yes, fair play to your quick and honest replies. Working in customer service I can imagine you are just as annoyed this has happened to people. Hopefully you’ll get it sorted.

Quite mad though how the basics aren’t always being met for this.
All the bus driver has to do is turn up at each stop at a set time and smile. Simple.

Yet it seems times are wrong and then the drivers are being an arse about it. Shame.
