Hope so. They've loads of tourists to exploit.Loads of unsold seats and the club are charging 70 odd quid for the cheapest one tonight.
That knobhead Sorriano can’t fuck off fast enough. Maybe his old mate Omar can get him a job.
Absolutely shocking. A massive game for us, and this is what crowds are like. Someone needs to give whoever’s over ticketing prices a kick up the hole.
The median salary in London is £12k more than in the north west. That equates to 33% more in terms of salary. The way I see it - our costs are still comparable to teams in London (ie football wage bill) so should be no differential in ticket prices, yet from your analysis - Arsenal fans may be better off with pricing. Actually having clear defined categories will be a good start.
There is a perception people in London are paid more than us so should be able to afford higher prices,I'm not sure that is true. All my wife's family are down in London and apart from a few of her relatives who have very good jobs the rest are just about doing ok even with reasonably good jobs.
I think all clubs will end up having similar prices, hence an independent regulator may help trying to get the fans views across.

Ah?
'But what if what they are doing is wrong?'
You're right.
There's nothing wrong with over 4000 unsold seats for the Villa match.
As you say, Soriano is bulletproof at City, regardless of what he decides and does.
No shortage of Chinese Blues on the train home. They are the new diehards. Train gets in to Leeds well after midnight so not for the feint hearted.Absolutely no tourists near me in Block 327 tonight. No Haaland and we're not winning the league or competing in the Champions League. The tourists are fickle and unreliable and they really don't love the club like local City fans do. Unfortunately many locals can't afford to attend and they certainly can't afford to bring their kids.
