Seat Counters - 2024/25

Anyone know why the club didn’t request a decent kick off time, I am sure when we played Liverpool the kick off was shifted back to an earlier slot, and both clubs got some free transport, I cannot help but feel the club expected the community shield crowd to weigh in in huge numbers. The whole thing leaves a bad taste, I do sympathise with anyone who cannot afford it, the kick off time is laughable for families, but it is our club, we are in a really bad place at the moment the club need to make some positive moves with regard to match day pricing and season tickets
A realy bad place lol

Most of that community shield crowd are now watching Arsenal. The club played a blinder with that one.

If the club officials are happy to charge £71 and £61 for games against Villa and Palace they probably don't see the problem with a 4-30 kick-off on a Sunday. Those of us who followed transport suggestions in Istanbul and were deafened by the silence from the club, know how little they care about the fans.
4-30 in London isn't the end of the world if the game finishes on 90 minutes and plenty of Sunday away games are equally bad to get back from and just as expensive, but those who regularly go away know this. The FA Cup semi-final is intended to attract more than 3,000 supporters from each team including many thousands who never see another away game all season (other than the final with a bit of luck). The bulk of support for both teams will come into this category and the game should kick-off at 2-30 or 3-00 to allow for this.

In Watford, good route in and out of Wembley.

So disapointed in our support in that we havent sold out.

When we were shit our support was the only thing about the club I was proud of.

We will sell out for the final. :-)

You should still be proud of our support.

We’ve sold out all away fixtures this season.

Don’t let one FA Cup - semi-final not selling out cloud your judgement of our (away) support.

Yesterday’s semi-final wasn’t a sell out. The attendance was 82,000.

Difference with PL games starting at 4.30 is you know the match will finish around 6.25 so you factor that in for a train home. Today the game might be over at 7.15 which limits the number of trains home you can catch. Throw in far more fans trying to get home means the journey home from a Wembley is more of a nightmare than a standard PL game in London. If we get to the final it’s less than three weeks away and we still don’t know the kick off time so people can’t even plan straight after kick off, we have to wait for TV and the FA to screw us over.

So basically agreeing with me as I said "4-30 in London isn't the end of the world if the game finishes on 90 minutes".

Wtf is your point??Support is support I'm astonished that we cannot muster up more than 27k..don't give me your crap about no money,or how many times we have been there..its complete byll bull shit..for those if us who are going.. well done, the rest..well respect lost sorry
Not. Everyone. Can. Afford. It.

Food banks have never been busier. Some of those who rely on food banks are Blues.

Presumably they’ve lost your respect too?

Hopefully alarm bells ringing now nice and loud in our ticket office ,carnt wait for a league cup wednesday game in the expanded north stand .

If we there I hope its 4.30 pm ko, that makes it more likely to get a ticket.
Doesn't get dark till 9pm.

Our away support is second to no one you are right, the comment was directed more at our general support.

With home match tickets costing £71+, and possibly 2 trips to Wembley within 3 weeks, our general support isn’t spending the money.

Add to that the Sunday kick off time, and the way the directors have alienated a large percentage of our support, we were always going to struggle to sell out 36,000 seats for the semi-final.

Even fans amongst our 37,000 seaon ticket holders aren’t bothering.

TBH, I’m one of those 37,000 season ticket holders who isn’t going today.

my journey is similar, did you think you would see the day when ticket prices started at 71 quid at City?
I never thought I'd see the success we have had, it comes at a price , we can't have the players we have and charge £30 per game, we wouldn't pass PSR etc
Can I afford to keeo up , no , I've sacrificed away games and most cup games as I simply can't afford it now adays.
Our season tickets rank as 17th most expensive in the tbw league we certainly can't complain about that and that's a reward fof people hope who upfront mo matter how the season pans out yes no new ones being issued is bad , absolutely day ticket prices are expensive, but also comparable.
But back to the Initial point we are in a rwaly bad place, Peter Swales says hello
