Nonsense.

Several other semi finals we’ve played in weren’t sold out and yet for the finals we sold them out along with all the extra seats we were given.
Only Sheffield United. I think all the others sold out. Brighton, Arsenal all were I think.

I don't know how the fa have the balls ffs...

I've sat in the same area each final and in 2011 it was £115, and last year £145.

So it had taken 13 years to go up £30.

What do they do this time?

Put it up £30 in ONE year.

An absolute disgrace.

(Yes I know people will say change where we sit, but surely that isn't the issue here)

That is the kind of stat the media should care about - how can they justify £30 in one year, when it had only gone up £30 over the previous 13 years combined???

Off Peak Returns can never sell out. They’re valid on any train you fancy.
The problem for anyone using the west coast main line is that Avanti cap the number of off-peak tickets sold online (even though, as you say, off peak tickets can’t sell out). At busy times they’re often marked as sold out on their website and app which (they hope) will force people to buy standard premium or first class tickets instead. The way round it is to buy an off-peak on the day at the station, but Avanti don’t exactly publicise that fact so lots of people aren’t aware.

They’re an absolutely rotten company. Roll on the end of their contract and nationalisation

Inflation busting 20% increase. Criminal.

Thats right but the tickets are sometimes a lot more expensive on the day cant stand them as a company

They’re all shite, used to read exactly the same words on here when Virgin ran the routes, can’t wait till end of their contract etc etc, problem is it’ll just be another pack of idiots that get it next time, paint the trains a different colour and off you go

Aswel as the KDB banner I think something needs to be aimed at the FA for the pricing. Disgraceful!

Today surely must be the day if it’s true they are on sale tomorrow. Hopefully get the confirm on the date for Bournemouth game too.
Got to be, two weeks to go and still no confirmed KO time. Surely the TV companies could have thrashed it out weeks / months ago, they knew what they had on later. Wonder if that charter train is running again ?

No trains from Peterborough to London kings cross on the 17th either, at least a 2 and a half hour coach and train trip added to both your journeys if you are heading down the east coast railway line!

Personally didnt enjoy last year (not just the result) just felt a weird atmosphere. Just want a nice day out in london and something to celebrate this season
It was like we were all burnt out of football and the success we’ve had over the years. I hope I don’t sound entitled with what I’ve just said but the performance from the players definitely suggested that they had enough of winning trophies.
