It is and they are , all sorted on Saturday, always take are 1 or 2 coaches to there and leave them there.
They were shut for the last final as they had a pre booked function, but they sorted us out a alternative venue for the day.

I believe I read somewhere that the kick off time for the League cup final this season was made 10 days before the actual date. Can anyone confirm?

The fact that the time was not set when the semi finalists were known is a disgrace.

Is that the Willesden Working Men's Club? Was in there a couple of years back for the Sheffield United semi and it was full of blues but I don't think it was open for the final as they had a private function on.

I hope they're open this time as it's a great set up in there and it's perfect for the East side

To be fair, nobody could possibly have known that Eurovision would be arranged for the same date, with no notice whatsoever!!

Also, how could the FA have been expected to know that the London marathon date would be decided in April 2025 and would be arranged for the semi final date..

The contempt they show for us all is all too evident and the football ‘journalists’ are, as ever, complicit in their silence. Mind you, they’ll all be getting free tickets for the game and all future Wembley games so they won’t be rocking the boat by doing their actual jobs, the wankers…..

Spot-on. It is a disgrace that fans are delayed from making travel arrangements which pushes the transport/hotel prices up even more. The main problem is the broadcasters. They will never cover issues like this because they are complicit in shafting fans. I am not holding my breath but I really hope that the new regulator provides some support for fans. The Governance of football is nothing more than a cosy carve-up between the media, club owners, and money-grabbing officials at the FA, PL, and FL. Matchday fans continue to be treated like shit.

now, I am no expert on resale sites, so I hope to be educated myself, but there are 3 reasons i can think of;

* Some resale sites for some events (footy, music etc) will have standing partnerships with clubs/organisers to have an amount of tickets guaranteed to them, as part of commercial agreements, meaning they can sell the promise.
* Some fans will be so confident of getting a ticket via criteria they can sell a ticket on a promise before release. Resale site usually require proof of ticket but some of the less illustrious sites do not. Furthermore the seller may have enough 'kudos' or sell history to avoid this every time.
* Some are just scams.
