Wolves have looked a dangerous team at times, but since the goal we have totally dominated them.

Our goal was great.
Got to agree. I've come on this thread at HT and I feel like I've watched a different game. We started slowly and Wolves should have scored but we've really put them under pressure since just before our goal. Since the goal we've been unlucky not to nick a second. For a team playing 5-3-2 they're awfully narrow defensively. They've always got a spare man on Nico's side going forward but then whenever Doku picks it up he's got 20 yards to run into. They're running hard though Wolves - it looked like they were tiring a bit after 30 mins so hopefully that continues.

Nunes cannot play our game.
He is too careless.
Marmoush is not helped by the position Pep has put him, but he hasn’t got the first touch or pass in him that is required.
O’Reilly has.
Doku is game and has speed in his feet and quite often is let down by the lack of options to hit in the box. I thought he did brilliant to pick out Kev for the goal.

Our midfield in general is old and slow but they have experienced heads. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I hope tonight it works. But it’s not good for the nerves.

For the first half hour we were getting turned so easily.
We’ve been lucky but you feel if we up our game slightly we have them.

We need an overhaul in the summer.

O'Reilly and Nunes look vulnerable defensively. Missing Khusanov at the back.

We were pretty poor in the first half hour then pretty good for the last 15 minutes. Gvardiol having one if those nights where he is making me nervous. O’Reilly hasn’t been great defensively but he is finding some ridiculous positions up front. We have to feed Marmoush when he makes those runs. Nunes is the worst culprit, he always seems to want one touch too many.
Gvardiol stopped a sure goal off the line !

We've lived a really charmed life lately, what with this game and Forest hitting the post twice, and the home game against Palace who should have really been 4 or 5 up before we scored.

Not complaining, just sayin'.

I've said it before, but we're getting all our luck towards the end of the season. We've had none all season, so I'm not complaining.

Enjoyable half, with Wolves playing with strength and purpose.
Doku has been excellent.
I predict they will change their team earlier, with 2 or 3 subs.
If they do, Pep must also bring on fresh legs earlier than he normally does.
Think the subs, on both sides, will play a big part in this 2nd half...
