I live in Warrington and we've always had a labour controlled council, we have well over a billion of debt, we're essentially bankrupt, your thoughts please.
Warrington hasn't had a set of audited accounts signed off in years so no one knows the true picture but the debt is down to catastrophic investments in banking and renewables thinking they could make a few quid. The residents just see a town in serious decline and the buck stops with the clowns in charge which is labour.Not knowing the causes of that debt I can't make meaningful comment what I would say that looking it up Warrington has been in Labour control since 2011 and it has debts of £1.7bn against assets of £2.173bn so not bankrupt - they have a credit rating classed at BBB+ STABLE.

I personally know the butcher that supplies the cresta court hotel in Altrincham with fresh meat for the illegals that are housed there. £6000 a week of tax payers money is the cost.
