Protest v Wolves

as a member of 1894 group for the last few years i want to say well done to the 3 groups for giving disgruntled fans a chance to let the club know their offer is not enough and well done to all the fans, the ones inside and the ones on the concourse who all played their part, a couple of fans who tried to start a song inside the ground were booed down by fans who wanted to keep the silence

thousands upon thousands again made a stand

shame on the dsa rep mr cohen and the osc rep mr parker who abused their positions this week by making comments trying to undermine the other groups , from their organisations social media accounts. both were talking with their egos, both are too close to the club and both misread the mood of the supporters.

the city fans never undermined the groups, just some of the citymatters reps who clearly can't handle the fact other groups actually call out the club properly in ways they themselves know they should be doing

it's clear who the fans trust and don't trust

Didn't mention why there were big gaps in the crowd won't affect the club but I'm sure it'll help the emptyhad reputation, a huge banner would of been more effective

Brilliant from city fans again. Took part in the Colin bell stand tonight, bit different from the south stand! But I hope it makes a difference.

Shout out to all the Blues in North Stand tier 2 - plenty on the concourse there for 6 mins making a stand.

That statement from the club yesterday fails to address any of the issues in play here. From my point of view my parents started taking me in 1977; I in turn started doing the same in 2004 - a parent wanting to do that now simply can't & is blocked off by prices/availability/the clubs stance. I want the next generation of Blues to have the opportunities my family have had to follow this club of ours.

I don’t agree. I doubt a huge banner would be allowed to be honest and the protest was followed by the best support of the season which is key I think. Protest, then show the club what the fans are all about. I thought it worked perfectly tonight to be honest.

I took part, but the numbers on the concourse around me were much less than at the previous (Leicester) one. Did voice some concerns about this particular protest when asked about this by one of the organisers in advance (fully agreed with sentiment, but felt messaging was a bit confused).

No idea if this has been flagged previously, but my missus said it would be miles more effective if everyone took their seats, then walked out at a set time. Might be a more powerful statement?

That happens in SS3 every game. Usually around 37 mins when the bar opens :-)

it's hard enough co-ordinating this let alone anything that is even more complex !

we were more than happy with the numbers and we feel it was a point well made, done it twice now in a month in the modern premier era which is hard to achieve , some concessions made by club maybe pacified a few but the message from fans is what the club have suggested is not enough

we have plans to vary the tactics next season if the safety issues flare up again

The messaging should be about the entire ticketing policy. I don't think it needs to be broken down into separate demonstrations.

Season ticket availability, the cost of match day tickets, the club syphoning off tickets to touts, should all fall under one roof of a broken ticketing policy that needs fixing.
