This is true, to an extent - there will be some who get tickets via an osc who are not seasoncard holders or even members, but the majority are especially north-west OSCs, most are running buses to every game packed with members, and very few get their full requested away allocations every game. The system means if a branch has 100 members, 75 have season cards or memberships and 25 of them dont apply, means that the other 25 members who are part-timers can get a ticket off the back of that as the branch will apply using the 75 with SCs or memberships. You can’t get around that, even if it feels unfair. And back in the away points days there were plenty on high points who were selling away tickets throughout the season to keep boosting their totals, not least on this forum, which was equally unfair.

But the argument that a majority of OSC members are all JCLs getting tickets above regulars is bollocks. And the fact is that as of tonight there are still tickets available to non-scheme SC holders tomorrow seems to suggest a simple solution to those moaning about it. If you’re a regular fan with a SC and want a ticket to a final, join the schemes.

That sounds like a load of bollocks to me.

Selhurst Park has a capacity of 25,486.

So they have sold their 30,000 plus allocation with some AWAY season ticket holders not getting one?

I call bullshit!

Away season ticket holder's were in the original criteria, so they would've got ticket's, this is if any extra ones come available. That's how I understood it.

I think they've already got tickets, these other ones will be available if anyone wants extra ones, if they get released.

Minus 2500? away fans, so they get 23000 for a home game
 
My wife and myself are hoping to get to tickets when our turn comes, does anyone know if I can transfer them to people on my friends and family ?

I have friends who support Palace and they hate the away season tickets, it means the same fans get tickets for all the big away games.

While I have some sympathy with that line they rarely take up a full allocation at away grounds anyway.

We on the other hand operate a 'clock stopped' points away ticket system and always sell out.

Would I have stood a better chance of getting a cheaper ticket by asking my branch of the OSC to get me one instead of waiting my turn and purchasing one myself?

I got mine at the same time and was about to panic buy a £125 like you. Turns out it was just our shit website, I took the first £50 when it came available but went back on later out of interest and there was loads more selection, I just think the website couldn't handle so many people logging in at 1pm
