Seat Counters - 2024/25

I don't think it's hugely surprising sales have slowed down. Third final in a row and plenty will be refusing to pay those extortionate prices. If they open it up to all members Real Madrid style they'll shift though as even the most expensive are comparable to buying off the ticket tout sites.

A few of us have been that they should have done that at lunchtime today.

The demographic that today's criteria applies to will be locals with families that have taken advantage of the cheaper FA cup tickets over the last few seasons. They will not be paying £250+ for a Wembley ticket - it's just common sense.

That Sir is an excellent point. Non season ticket holders, not on the cup scheme, who take advantage of the occasional FA Cup game, when the price is reasonable.

If you were given seats from the OSC and you chose not to get them, it won't let you buy any other tickets, even if its your criteria now. Can anyone else confirm this is happening for them?

My lad just sacked it off as it was going to cost him £240 for him and my young grandson. That's before coach travel.

yeah I need to grow up cos i want our cup final to sell out. Heard it all now
Everybody wants the the cup final to sell out.
It is an odd idea to blame the punter for prices the punter cant afford - but we are where we are.

I don't think it should go direct to all members next as next criteria would in effect be x1 FaCup game.
This criteria would include those members that attended Forest semi @ Wembley. I think they should
get a window before going all members. Particularly as there has been x4,x3 and x2 separate windows

the club got it way off thinking it would sell out by 2pm, mind you I suppose they probably looked at 7000 members meeting that criteria and thought 3000 would shift

and members' points are now, well, pointless..!

That's a good point.

I reckon if one of the criteria was "members who attended the Real Madrid 4-0 home game" this one would sell out in no time. We'll have a lot of local families with membership and then a lot of what you would call tourists who want the instagram experience. They won't have been to an FA Cup tie at home to Salford, but they'll probably have paid to go hospitality against the dippers or to a CL game.

It's those fans that would buy the higher cost tickets, there are enough of them out there. But they wouldn't have qualified for a semi final ticket and as I said, the tout sites will be offering tickets for a similar price to the ones remaining. I'm still confident it will sell out though. We'll have people in and around London who can buy tickets next week without the travel costs/issues.

Again theyve messed up the sales criteria today. If they’d come in this thread they would have seen it predicted last night. It should be all members today, the ones who come for the odd league and champions league games. They also should have announced that as the sales criteria at the beginning of the week. There were always going to be some tickets left after season ticket holders.
