I really don't see this happening.

We look more advanced in getting Reijnders and MGW, and in all honesty, I just don't see where we get the money for for all 3 and with the addition of goalkeepers and fullbacks.

I think Wirtz doesn't want City and Reijnders is out contingency plan.

We can comfortable spend hundreds of millions. Never mind what we will sell.

Wirtz and his parents aren't getting a plane to Blackpool if they aren't interested and we wouldn't arrange it if he wasn't our top target.

Yeah, there's 99 reasons why it might not happen, but money ain't one.
 
does have feeling to it its just Leverkusen asking Wirtz camp to hear out other potential suitors. as a last ditch effort to sell him abroad.

what I hope is that our plan B is well scouted just in case because if we do another Bellingham to Nunes downgrade at this crucial position when KDB is leaving its will set us back big time.

It’s still speculation if we do qualify,which is very likey. Not speculating just in case we don’t makes no difference as to whether he comes or doesn’t.

It wasn't really Bellingham to Nunes. We got screwed in our Paqueta pursuit and Txiki basically then had to find an emergency option on the fly which ended being Nunes. A black swan event if there ever was one

Whoever Wirtz went to meet at City yesterday have a sense which way the wind is blowing from team Wirtz.

They don’t know Haaland took a tour around Europe. Went to every club and analysed ever project. Man Utd, Chelsea, Pool, Barca, Madrid etc and only then did he choose us as the best of them all. As a big club going to get big players you’re not the only one who wants him.

If you’re in a job but you’re getting offers from multiple places. You check and see who’s offering the best packages and go work there it’s completely normal.
