Spot on. Unless you're an accountant you should see today as the biggest game of our season. I said before we are also getting a huge payout from the CWC which was only revealed during the season but softens the blow if we miss out.

You’re a good poster mate but you’re wrong on this one, you say you would rather win the fa cup and not get Champions League, well winning one Champions League game in the first stages earns as much if not more than winning the fa cup, I know what you’re thinking “it’s silverware, a trophy” but if we want a good transfer window, all that money generated from being in the Champions League comes in when PSR kicks in, for our transfer budget.

It all depends on Pep's starting lineup. We don't want to see the team that faced Southampton. The defence must be strong, especially the fullbacks. That's why choosing Luis, Nunez, or O'Reilly would be a weak point unless they get support from wingers; they are excellent offensively but average defensively. We don't want Bernardo as a right winger. We hope Doku starts from the beginning. If Haaland isn't ready, Marmoush should start from the beginning. The best midfield would be Kova and Nico, with their roles swapped depending on the gameplay

I remember the excitement, as a kid, of City getting to the Cup Final in '81. Was glued to the TV all day & gutted when we scored at both ends... Now Wembley trips are almost regular: we must never take them for granted.
