Crystal Palace (N) | FA Cup Final | Post Match Thread

Akanji putting crosses straight out of touch at 75 mins GET FUCKING NUNES ON YOU KNOW THE PLAYER WHOS PLAYED RIGHT BACK FOR THE PAST 6 WEEKS. Grealish stood there gutted after the game wondering why an 18 year old who has never played a single minute before for us came on in a cup final for his debut, taking silva off who was our best player on the pitch all game when Ken didn’t string a single pass all game. Pep got it all fucking wrong today:

One thing the Club have got right this season is not renewing KDB's contract, it's painful watching him pass to a Palace player 2 yards away, CLUB LEGEND and loved by the fans and the right time to move on

Haaland is bullied too often now and hides behind defenders. He stopped making those runs across the box he did in his first 12 months. Their front 3 of Sarr, Eze and Mateta were much better than our front 3. Haaland should watch how Mateta put himself about today.
I would swap their 2 wingers with our unthreatening, non scoring ones in a heartbeat
Pointless making runs if no one looks for them

If we are playing like today, then Jack was a obvious substitute to make.

Sav was poor, Phil equally so.

Penalty decision to switch to the moose was strange, none red card to Henderson equally so.

Obviously gutted, but part of me actually enjoined seeing the Palace fans at full time, reminded me of us donkeys back.

Didn’t think we played that bad in consideration of what we’ve seen this season

Disagree. That was an entertaining Cup final if youre a neutral.
There was only one bit of quality play, and that was with their goal. Apart from that the standard of attacking play was very poor. Then again I guess the excitement from a neutral perspective came from seeing if Palace could hang in there for the win.

Pep made a bit of a dick out of himself with the keeper after whistle, let the guy enjoy his historic win. It was VAR's fault not his.
Between Pep today, and Dias last week, they didn't come out with much credit. Which is a shame. I don't want the team and manager to get a reputation as whiners. Yes; it was a terrible decision today. But that's not Henderson's fault. He did what 99% of keepers would have done in that situation. Why he wasn't sent off is a total mystery. And down to VAR.

We also have Savinho that seems to moan constantly at the referee. Does my head in
