Jesus? Fucking hellAnyone can miss a pen, so I won’t hold that against him. I am more annoyed at Haaland not taking it.
That being said, I am far from convinced by what I have seen of him so far. He’s had good games but I think he’s had more average to bad ones. Everything seems a bit rushed and chaotic around him. I hope he’s just settling in but at the moment, he looks like another one of these good player, not great player signings we have been consistently purchasing in recent years. I don’t look at him and think ‘wow, he’s an improvement over Jesus and Alavarez’. The clock is ticking.

I think some forget just how well Jesus started at City. He was a good player for us, the problem was, he was competing for game time with great players. Marmoush is a long way from showing he is a great player.Jesus? Fucking hell

Some of the comments here are laughable. He’s been a breath of fresh air since we signed him. We were on a good run while Haaland was out, as soon as he’s fit Marmoush gets fucked off against Southampton. It’s bad management.
I think he is a very good player in a very average city side.. the season everyone has played badly which makes it even harder to stand out.. there have been so many games where iv watched him make perfect runs and we decide to pass sideways.. if he was in the team with prime kdb or when we were quick on the counter with sane for example he would be amazing.. unfortunately these tactics of sideways pass to death does not suit him, same as it doesn’t suit haaland. He looks average if not below

The manager keeps tinkering
He’s stopped running in behind which is so concerning. His debut against Chelsea was unreal. Everything done at pace and with urgency and eagerness to get in behind their defence.
Not now. Now dropping deep and trying to create that way. That’s not his strength at all.

Should have gone for Cunha in January or waited until this summer instead of Marmoush who looks a decent but who is not a standout player.
