7W-1D, scoring in every game other than the draw with the Rags

That was the form before he was introduced

0-0 vs the 2nd worst team in prem history

0-1 Loss in a FA cup final where he gave up a pen

If he plays the last 2 games we don't make top 5 and champions league

I'd sell him if an offer came in, but he's gonna stay and he needs to give his head a wobble, needs to improve as a footballer

100% agree but why the hell did we give him a 10 year deal, he looks and acts like he is in the comfort zone already, if he gets pissed off next season he will be off and another mug will offer him 500k a week plus.

Does he feel being on a 10 year deal that he doesn't need to try anymore? I didn't used to question his commitment but after this seasons 'efforts' i'm starting to.

It astonishes me for all the grief Grealish and Nunes get, Haaland seems to get a pass because of his first season. It was two years ago guys, and he hasn't improved. So from next season i'll be watching him with a lot more scrutiny than I used to because he's become infuriating to watch.

The whole team is on a downer and that sits exclusively at the feet of the leadership. Haaland like everyone else is uncomfortable on the pitch currently

Just listening to a caller on Talksport who says exactly the same thing, we change our style to fit him in, it’s not working. Pep has a huge decision to make now, change his philosophy and style or try and keep going, for me this won’t work, Haaland is not mobile enough, yes I know we won the treble with him but he was an unknown then, he’s been found out and so have we as a team. We don’t cross into him we use inverted wingers, this is good if we are countering but not against a low block, that needs mobile players something Haaland isn’t, he just stays at the back post, piece of piss to defend.
I hope to god we get CL because the class of player will be higher that we bring in, if Wirtz is the new KDB then we just have to get him otherwise sell Haaland and get the next Aguero who would suit the old style. Dare I say it but a more Madrid/Liverpool type of style would see him thrive, yesterday the one chance he got the fast ball over the top he should’ve scored had he not been cheated, however the penalty not been taken should ring alarm bells, supposedly he is goal hungry he should’ve been smashing that in.

Rushed back & not fully fit physically or mentally. We played our best football in the games he was out. To make it worse we don’t even play a style that works for him.

Playing with 10 men when he plays & it’s on pep not Haaland

4 Finals and he's been a passenger in each of them. Couldn't win anything in the air yesterday. Shoehorned back into the team last 2 games and we turn in 2 pretty abject performances. Yet the evidence tells us that it can work... treble season of course. However, wasn't as good in the next season & has been far less effective this season.
Haaland is a bit of a cash cow for City though, the poster glamour boy. He's not going anywhere unless his form really does fall off a cliff so we need to find a way to make it work better.

If we don’t make champions league, his clause kicks in and he can go for a set fee, he’ll just end up leaving after ruining our current season, and next.

Another game with zero impact. We have to find ways to utilise him in games like this because we’re basically playing with 10 men
Henderson made a save earlier on and the latter shouldn't be after denying him that by handling outside the 18 yard area.

Giving him a 10 year contract on £500k a week not including bonuses doesnt look like a great move. We have put ourselves in a tricky position. luckily I think we can definitely offload him as he is a global superstar so someone won't mind coughing up his big wages

Would u really rather sell him than find a better way to play to his strengths?

Personally I’d rather see him develop his game. The kid was on the pitch 15 minutes yesterday yet found space to take a pass and shoot with no defender near him. Haaland and Marmoush were too static yesterday. They want it on a plate. They have to work their movement better in the box. If Haaland is marked out of the game then he needs to create the space for other players. I don’t think he has improved one bit since he came here. He is not a patch on Aguero.
