I don’t think Eze would improve us by much. I think he’s hugely overrated and significantly overpriced.

Yeah, he's a decent player, but I don't think he's on the level that Zaha used to be. Whenever he's come on for England, I've never been particularly impressed.

Not by a long chalk. We'll have to look beyond the Premier League. Same with MGW both look fantastic at their clubs and as we have seen with Grealish not worked out for a premium price. Peak KDB or near to it is the standard we should be looking at.

True. Doku would absolutely terror any of our defenders if he got one on one like other teams constantly do

he is typical player of great when facing defences like City. but when facing defences like we do 90% of the time he would be as useless as Foden, Savinho etc this season.

teams almost never are as defensive vs Palace as vs City.

thats why Grealish looked great at Villa a side that promoted, playing generally defensive football hoping for counters.

you can see this so often, Pedro Neto was super dangerous at Wolves, at Chelsea he is kind of meh...

switch Grealish with Eze next season, and many would say wow this Grealish is so good. system and context matters a lot.
