Echeverri and Foden would start over him if Pep had any bollocks.

The young Argentinian looked so hungry, something we are missing. And Foden despite being way out of form should start ahead of past it Kevin.

Kevin starts based on his time coming to an end rather than merit.

Foden this season is so shit, he doesn't deserve a starting 11. He can't even handle the ball, let alone pass it 1 meter away.

Not sure there’s a much better line up for us at the moment. Obviously there’s lot of areas that need some serious improvement over the summer, but the performances have been pretty drab regardless of the personnel.

Savinho deserves dropping after Saturday, Marmoush plays a bit better on the left and at least Nunes gives us something going forward. I don’t like Bernardo on the right but he has played a bit better of late.

The big plus is Rodri and hopefully he can get a few minutes tonight.

Echeverri is sick, Foden has been woeful all season, can't remember the last time he made a forward pass or ran past a defender. Whatever his issues are he needs to get them sorted and start afresh next season

Must be something going round the team? Think McAtee is sick too and Kovacic was ill for the final

He's only just got back from injury, but he does need to get more involved tonight, it would help if can get him the ball tho!

I agree with the line up. Savinho, Doku and Foden can’t buy a goal or an assist and Kovacic/Gundo/Bernardo/KDB has done fairly well when ever on the pitch for the last few months.

You forget the 2 assists from Doku that won us both games against Wolves n Villa, hopefully we win but I’m not overly confident.

If so, pick Reis who can play left back and is progressive.

If you'd said Khush I'd probably have agreed with you, but that would still have left Gvardiol at LB. I'm not sure how you've formed the opinion on Reis, he's only played about 20 professional games altogether hasn't he? Only 1 of them for us and that was on the right not the left

Probably close to the best line up we can put out at this point. Ake and Rodri on the bench but neither will be match fit, Foden out of sorts, Ghoulish out of favour. There's an argument for new Nico instead of Gundog
