He’s been doing one crazy pass, every game, almost like clockwork since he signed. It comes out of nowhere and it boggles the mind. It’s like watching someone with Narcolepsy suddenly nodding off. He’s a top player but he needs to cut this shit out.
Like Stonesy got a one fuck up in a game

Looking at the red card and the Bournemouth goal again and it's just really silly stuff, Gvardiol has a simple pass to Gundo a couple of yards from him and inexplicably tries to go back to Kova instead, and Nunes has a simple pass to Doku on the touchline and decides instead to go back to Dias, it wasn't like they had no other options.

Do you want a safe guy who won't contribute when we've got the ball or somebody that will offer a lot but the trade off is you have to accept the odd fucknugget pass? Naturally you want those cut down to a minimum but he gives us far more than he costs us and that one moment aside played well again and made our left flank look far more solid than it has been with O'Reilly there.

The pass was just lazy, Im not even sure he looked correctly to see if it was on.

But ive noticed thats how most of his stupid passes happen, at LB and across the pitch in some way.

At CB that is taken away from him, because he can only do vertical passes.

Hopefully next season we fix this by getting a LB and never needing Gvardiol there again.

And not for the first time. Not by a long way

Disappointing tonight so arguably nico could come in, but get the feeling josko might just need a kick up the arse (but then I foten think that about him)

Great through ball for the Bournemouth player, weighted perfectly.

Seriously though, can we just not buy proper full backs for next season, who can defend and are good going forward, and let Gvardiol play in his proper position from now on.

Why Pep didn't just keep NOR-Josko-Diaz-Nunes for these last few games, after we finally had a backline showing some consistency is really bizarre

I am not sure why I ever get on the player threads, as they’re always so negative. One bad pass and the guys a terrible player.

At City, our players are taught the back pass to the free man is the outlet if there’s no safe forward pass. Once in a while it doesn’t come off.

I honestly think Nunes had Kova on the cover, but Kova tugged his arm and the player went down.

Funny how that was an automatic red for an obvious goal scoring opportunity on the half way line, but Henderson’s wasn’t at 19 yards and the player going directly to a wide open goal!

Surely the point of playing Josko at left back was to keep their most dangerous attacker (Semenyo - 24) quiet. Two guys that can't decide which of their feet is the better one?

i hope city sell him asap. the amount of hate he constantly gets from this fanbase is absolutely disgusting.
It’s bizarre. This forum is quiet as a mouse after a good game (slightly louder if he scores) and then it fills pages and pages when he has a mistake. And it’s the same in other social media channels. I can’t figure out the reason why some players get so much love and others are so disliked (it’s not about talent). I mean I’ve seen posts that he ruined KDBs last game?!?!

Is was bullshit red card which wouldn't have been given in our favour if the roles were reversed.
Josko and Dias is an excellent pairing. I think we will sign Kerkez and a right back.

Seems to have a mistake or lapse in him every other game but overall he was very good. Kept Semenyo out of the game and whilst it was a poor pass back, it seemed like Kovacic had switched off to it coming his way. He's still so young the sky is the limit for him.

He's a great footballer but stands off way too much at left back almost backs up to the 6 yard box at times. Can't do that. Lucky not to lead to us conceding.

If only Pep would play players at their best position:
Gvardiol at CB is world class. Gvardiol at LB is not nearly so good.
Gundo at 6 is frankly awful. Gundo at 8 or 10 is still pretty good.
