(1) Bernardo Silva take a bow!

Glad to see him give a Masterclass on a night when he needed to let his football back up his words. Absolute class, and Andy Morrison summed it up after the game…Man of the last two months, not just this match!

(2) Kova. Let’s hope you don’t leave. “Quietly effective” is one of my favorite player traits and he’s got it in spades. For what he had to do tonight and I hope it doesn’t cost us on Sunday. COME ON FOREST!!

(3) Nunes. Always a chance he’ll drop a clanger, but he’s been a revelation late in the season as a chancer RB! His recovery speed has saved us on occasion and his only PL goal this season might have saved the season! No-one’s favorite player, and I’m not sure he has a long term future at City, but he has been a brilliant squad player who stepped up when we needed him this season.

Gundo absolutely quality last night. But just pipped by Bernardo; he was everywhere.

Kova very good too, until the red. Not his fault initially, the ball to him was dreadful, but thought he was a shade slow.to react and I would have rather he hadn't brought him down anyway - let him have the one on one, not a guaranteed goal.

Marmoush for that goal, but lots of good performances. Great to see us controlling games again. Shout out for Nunes too, his pace was real asset in that game.

Bernardo Gundo and Kova were all magnificent tonight. Kova showed what we missed on Saturday, Gundo seemed faster and more energetic last night, but Bernardo got it for me

Bernado, Nunes, Kovacic and Gundog all very good, lovely moments from KDB, went with our very own Duracell Bunny as he was everywhere and often in 2 places at once

tbh, there were quite a few good performances last night
Yeah, a few passes went astray, three in particular, the second and third of which resulted in Kovvers' early bath and their goal, but apart from the shot that hit our post, we had Bournemouth from Div III (S) well in hand. Had Kev got his goal then it would have been a comprehensive 4-1! My only question was why didn't we do similar to Palace on Saturday?

Had to be Marmoush for me. Goal speaks for itself. The more we got long distance goals the easier it should have been against low block in the future. Defenders need to come out to the shooter higher, leave a little more space. People familiar with Omar knew he has it in his locker. Its great to have this weapon, especially when KDB is out.

Plus the "assist" for KDB, its been brilliant pass, which created sitter.

Omar's goal might have been our goal of the season. But other than the goal, did he play that well? He struggled to control the ball I thought. He makes a lot of runs that we as a team ignore.

Even with the sending off I’m still going with Kovacic (just from Bernardo). Lots of drive and energy from both those guys. Fantastic strike from Omar. Nunes excellent (again) apart from the one fuck up that always seems to be costly.

Great assist for Bournemouth's goal! I can't consider a full back / defender, when Bournemouth offered so little as a team?

City's midfield dominated the game, and it was a choice between Kovacic and Bernardo for me.
