Premier League 16th v 17th place playoff Final | Wed 21st May '25

As an Arsenal fan I'm conflicted however will hold my nose and support Sp*rs as they'll just piss that CL money up the wall on overpriced shite players and a 'business venture' whereas for United it could be transformative. I'd like to keep the foot on United's neck whereas we can all trust Sp*rs to shoot themselves in their own foot given the opportunity.
I keep on hearing this but everyone seems to forget that they won the europa league in 2017-18 and yet here they are, if anything it could be transformative in the opposite direction, more games against tougher opposition with basically the same squad bar 2 or 3 new players (if they can shift the deadwood), a massive uptick in wages and the same manager who hasnt shown that he hasnt any clue in the pl bar sticking slabhead upfront and lumping it, even if they do make the cl, there are 5 other teams who finished much higher, have significantly more money are better structured and have better managers who will be vying for the same players.

Spurs have quite a few big players missing and in general are just a crap team.

United despite how bad they are still know how to win trophies and in general themselves been decent in Europe this year. I don't think they have lost one game.

I'm expecting 3-0 united bare minimum

Spurs are allergic to silverware.

Spurs did them 3x this season already. sick of the thought rags will celebrate tonight with Amorim taking them to CL and their horrible league season airbrushed from media...

Levy also deserves whatever shit they get as if they lose he is firing and handing over a pay package to Postecoglou and his staff plus buying out another manager from somewhere plus losing out all that nice CL income next season and some players probably happy to turn their back on them like Romero etc.

wanna see Berrada and Wilcox in their little red tie sitting there with a face like when they have diarrhea when they are 3-0 down with 3 mins to go.

With all this support for Spurs , and given their long empty trophy cabinet, I'm expecting the VAR to make the sort of decision that favoured Palace on Saturday "in order not to spoil the spectacle for the fans/ make the fairy tale come true / give the plucky American owned underdogs a chance ...oh , wait a minute , it's the rags .....the biggest traders in fairy tales the world has ever seen. I'm not holding my breath ....

Loads of Spurs wankers throwing drinks on a father and son pair of shirters as well. Cowardly twats.
It was ever thus, loads of innocents used to get hurt or caught up in it back in the day too, like you say, fucking cowards
