Anything is possible but for the nervous blues there is big money compensation to be had.Anyone remember a few results not going our way in 98 ?

We've been low key one of the best sides defensively in Europe since the last international break. The stats back it up.
Had we not had that bozo goal last night that would have been 7 clean sheets in 11.
Either way, 6 in 11 is still decent.
When we have conceded, we had not conceded more than one goal in a game in 11 as well.
That's title winning defence form.
It's a positive going into the CWC and next season either way.
96.92%So, is that it then? I know we technically need a point but given the other fixtures, I presume we're 99% there..?
This is Manchester City remember! Nothing’s ever 99%.So, is that it then? I know we technically need a point but given the other fixtures, I presume we're 99% there..?
not forgetting a couple of seasons before that when we thought we were safeAnyone remember a few results not going our way in 98 ?

calling Paqueta to the threadIt's not that unusual for a 24/1 win is it - I mean what are the odds?

Forget the OPTA prediction & bookies odds, they are meaningless. The worry is we get beat at Fulham - entirely possible btw - and the three of the four teams below us win - also entirely possible. Can't believe some folk on here are so naive, it's just as big a game as last night. Avoiding defeat on Sunday is gonna be a real tester without Kova.Don’t get beat we are there, I know the rags are shit but Villa would have to put 18 past them if we end up in a scoreless draw at Fulham.
I feel like it's done given gd and 2 rivals playing each other but fuck me, i'm gonna be needing a few settlers on Sunday before kick off. This is Manchester City remember! Nothing’s ever 99%.
It’s 97% according to the bookies. This is Manchester City remember! Nothing’s ever 99%.
The thing you are doing (which is human nature) is pointing out the one variable where City don't make it and then creating a situation whereby that becomes more likely in your mind. You are catasrophising.Forget the OPTA prediction & bookies odds, they are meaningless. I'd like to see a draw and both of them miss out.Oh and come on Forest.
some nutters thought 65 points would be enough a couple of weeks ago. Tried to warn them but they don't listenForget the OPTA prediction & bookies odds, they are meaningless. True but imagine how relaxed you would be if it was 4-0 at half time ;-)I'd like to see a draw and both of them miss out.
I'd be singing "Is this the way to Istanbul" on repeat hahaTrue but imagine how relaxed you would be if it was 4-0 at half time ;-)
