when we needed to beat them last season and they had nothing to play for, it went okay

Traore is a lump with little end product. Except for twice a year when he plays against us with whichever club he is at!

Simply not true. With a large help from some excellent goalkeeping from ederson, he literally missed a hattrick of sitters in the home fixture, they'd have beaten us if he had end product.
 
Going for a nervy 3-2 win with an eye on the other games going on. Hope the team includes Echeverri, Bobb and Jack Grealish, Jack perhaps on his farewell, sadly. Again it's a pity about the Southampton result as the expected win there would have meant City could have played Sunday's game in the relaxed atmosphere you usually get at Craven Cottage. Always my favourite away ground with the river and the walk through the park, probably been there more often than any ground outside Manc. Remember watching a Fulham game there in the '80s and that minstrel of sports writers Frank Keating from The Guardian was stood next to me, he rambled for half an hour about cricket and the Boat Race and how Fulham fans had cheered Bert Trautmann off the field after his first City game in London in spite of what the Luftwaffe had recently done to the capital.
