He was never good enough.

He had a decent 4 months at the back end of the treble year then cashed out on his career and went full Dwight Yorke.

The signs were there when he was basically pictured in the media on a 2 month straight bender after the treble.

He never got going again after that.

I just can't see anybody paying us 30m and taking on his wages. I predict loan moves with us subsidising his wages before he leaves on a free.

Doku, mahrez, sterling, sane, savinho all seem to be able to take a man on.

Grealish was never good enough barely scored or assisted for Villa and only thrived in space. Was a terrible signing and I said as much. So glad he is going. I said months ago I wouldn’t post in this thread but can’t resist now he is finally leaving and I hope his fanboys leave with him.

Seeing the state he left the kids party it’s hardly surprise he isn’t in the squad. The guy is a piss head. Sick of him and his immature antics.

Ironically he was left out of the Fulham squad last year during the run in as he was hungover in training. His future is a very bleak one unless he gets hold of the sauce imo
 
Always like Jack even before he came to City and clearly a caring human being he did well for us a vital cog in the squad Then there was the treble celebrations which at the time was a laugh but it should have stopped after the parade and then live the life of a professional athlete None of us know the truth so we shouldn't judge but clearly there is something that’s not right
Hope he gets himself sorted and moves on think it’s too late at City

City have opted to leave Jack Grealish out of their travelling squad for the trip to face Fulham in the Premier League this weekend, it has been revealed.

The visit to Craven Cottage is essential for the former Premier League champions’ season, as Pep Guardiola and his players know that they must simply avoid defeat in order to secure their place in next season’s UEFA Champions League
 
Another in the long list of “great lads” without a brain cell! Had the world at his feet, more money than he ever dreamed, but has literally seemed to piss it away.

I know it sounds a little Puticanical, but what is it with footballers and getting on the piss?

With an average career length of 8 years, PL players know they have to make hay while the sun shines and yet so many of them think they have to spend their 20’s getting plastered at every opportunity they can weasel. “Boss gave us two days off…one to get hammered, one to recover!” seems to be the mentality of some players. I know that after a match, when we used to get one day off, some players used to take that opportunity to get leathered and sleep it off on the day off! WTF is that about?!

Jack has, unfortunately, and quite publicly, created a “Jack the Lad” image for himself in what should have been the prime of his career. If things are going great, and you’re not only doing the business for your club and country, but cultivating a positive image, then JtL is ignored and almost appreciated.

Sadly for him, it has been the exact reverse. It has coincided with a drop in form, missing out on England squads, and then further exacerbated by being seen out and about leathered in the wee hours!

Look around. KDB? Gundo? Rodri? Kova? Gvardiol? Young and old alike, about whom you never hear a peep, yet they seemed to be able to make their National teams without a second thought, and show up on a Sat at 3pm looking like they were ready to go!

Go fucking mental the day after you hang up your boots and stay drunk for the rest of your life if you must, BUT in the few short years where you can show the world your talent, don’t waste it getting to the bottom of a glass.
