Bit lucky to be ahead, controlled it in the main, but they have broke several times and we rode our luck a bit. Ederson made a great save or two and their guy should have scored when he hit the side netting. However, great to not concede from their first shot for once!! :)

Haaland's done a decent job of setting him up. Would be good if he could return the favour a few times.

Yeah there could be some partnership there if Marmoush can learn to put his ego to one side. Maybe he still feels like has something to prove.

I enjoyed watching the way we played when he was out injured a few weeks ago. I know he scores a lot of goals, but our all-round team play and style was better without him.

Should be game over, had opportunities, just far too casual in our desire to score. Doku has been great, he is causing all the problems, laid it on a plate for marmoush.

Nunes fantastic once more, only one bursting beyond the ball which gave us the goal and another good chance.

Yet despite that, ederson has kept us ahead with 2 top quality saves to add to the list of saves everybody forgets he's made the next time we concede.

Can see why nico hasn't featured much, just doesn't understand where to be yet. Enough quality to suggest he'll get it though.

I look at Marmoush and think why did we let Alvarez go and bank £20m.

I think they’re a similar level. Alvarez has had a great season at Atletico but he went missing far too often for us and his first touch is inconsistent.

Scousers losing. They were the first champions to lose their next 3 games. Now gonna be the first champions to lose their next 4.

The drop off from them is really telling. They lack the backbone to keep their standards up. That never happened in any of our PL titles, it has happened in both of theirs. The last time we didn’t win a title we went on a great run to end the season (including wasting the scousers) followed by 4 consecutive titles.

I think we've been good - Fulham are always going to create chances at home. They do against everybody.

We are just missing some ruthlessness up top.

Looking at the other results, if Chelsea aren't winning with 10-15 mins to go then I think we're safe because Forest will lay siege and they'll try and hang on for the draw.

I know he’s back from injury, but you sometimes look at him since he got his big contract and think, he’s just not bothered.

He’s not facing ten men behind the ball here today, nor was he against Bournemouth.
He’s really should be showing more energy.

The defensive issues have got most of the attention, but we have struggled in both boxes this season. Poor finishing cost us so many points this season
